Cancellation Policy
Plans change, and we’re here to help. Please review our cancellation policy for information on how to manage and cancel your forex remittance or card issuance request.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of a forex transfer or forex card request only under the following conditions:
The transaction has not yet been processed by our partner bank or remittance provider.
The cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours of payment and before processing begins.
2. Non-Cancellable Requests
Cancellation is not permitted under the following circumstances:
If the remittance or card issuance has already been initiated or processed.
If the cancellation request is submitted after 24 hours of payment.
If the transaction has already been cleared with RBI-authorized entities.
3. How to Cancel a Request
To cancel a request, users must fill form at https://zeonixglobal.com/contact-us/ with the subject line:
“Cancellation Request – [Transaction ID]”, and include:
Payment details
Service type (e.g., fund transfer, forex card)
Reason for cancellation
Our team will verify the transaction status and notify the user of the eligibility within 2 business days.
4. Refund for Cancelled Requests
If eligible for cancellation, the refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy within 10 business days.
A processing fee of INR 100/- may be deducted to cover administrative and bank charges.
Foreign exchange rate differences (if any) due to reversal may also apply based on current market rates.
